Refining Furnace Cover,
GROUP MEXICO (2020)
Designed a 2.2-ton cover for two furnaces to improve gas emission control and heat efficiency. Used SolidWorks and FEA simulations for design and Excel for pneumatic calculations. Automation with electro-pneumatic components and PLC (RS Logix 5000). Supervised installation during plant shutdown, ensuring environmental compliance.
